These beautiful carrots came in our bountiful basket. The 2 orange ones are just regular carrots, the red and purple are northern indian carrots. The purple one was especially beautiful when I sliced it. It was deep purple with a light green wavy ring, then a deep purple middle. I shoulda taken a pic, but didnt think about it til I had already added it to the Mongolian Pork. Which was soooooo delish!
