I love Thanksgiving dinner so much.

But I love the leftovers even more!

I love having Second Thanksgiving, Turkey Sandwiches, and of course...Turkey Noodle Soup...mhmmm.

I made this soup from the turkey meat and bones left over from our UnThanksgiving-Thanksgiving dinner with Michaels family.

It was delish...I wish they could have enjoyed it with us, but they are having fun with Christi & Justin's fam in sunny Florida.
