It's the simple things...

In life that help me realize how important I am to my Heavenly Father. I have recently been trying to simplify my life and get our home more organized so we can be happier less stressed. And this might seem silly to some but I have been wanting to get rid of the loads of mismatched dishes we have and get a set of Corelle dishes because they'll be easier to hand wash (sucks not having a dishwasher) they are more durable than the stoneware we currently have, and frankly are so darn cute. Anyway, so just finding the exact set I wanted for $20 ($30 but I had 2 $5 gift cards from a sunscreen deal yesterday) felt like such a blessing. I just feel so good knowing that God cares about me enough to care about what I care about, even if it is just a set of dishes.

  1. Hey There! Thanks so much for visiting and commenting on my blog. I'm having a fun time looking around on yours. Regarding this post, I have a set of simple white stoneware with a little bead detail on it, from my wedding. It's very cute, and only a few pieces are missing now, seven years later. But do I ever use it? No. I also have an incomplete set of white Corelle that we had when I was a kid. My mom passed it on to me several years ago. What dishes to I reach for every time? The Corelle! So easy to wash, take up so little space, fit well in the dishwasher, not as easy for kids to break. Love it! Hope you enjoy your new set!
